What is the fee for therapy sessions?

Fees are available upon request and will be discussed during our initial phone consultation.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently an “out-of-network” provider and do not accept insurance. However, most insurances reimburse for a significant portion of my services. I will provide monthly billing documentation with appropriate billing and diagnosis codes for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

What is the length of therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions range from 30-60 minutes; however, my typical weekly therapy appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes. Intake evaluations consist of two 45 minutes sessions or one 90 minute session.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance and you do not attend your appointment with me, you are responsible for the full session cost. I try my best to reschedule missed appointments in order to avoid charging for missed sessions.

Are you providing in-person services?

I am currently offering virtual therapy sessions using HIPAA- Compliant Video conferencing for families in New York and Connecticut. I am also seeing families in-person in Stamford, Connecticut.
